Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Broccoli
- 1 cup macaroni/wheat pasta, cooked and drained
- 1/2 cup bell pepper cubes
- ½ cup Zucchini Cubes
- 3 tbsp yellow corn
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes diced
- 2 tbsp basil leaves chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
Black pepper, mix herbs and salt to taste
Instructions

Sauté all vegetables in extra virgin olive oil for few minutes then add cooked macaroni or wheat pasta to it lastly add herbs, black pepper and salt to taste. Serve hot.
