This fresh seasonal salad is ridiculously easy to put together and quite versatile.

Ingredients
- Ingredients -
1/2 bowl cooked chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 50 gms of paneer cubes
- ½ onion chopped
- ½ cucumber chopped
- 1 to mato chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- Red chilli powder salt to taste
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss to mix. Allow to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes for flavours to blend.
