Chickpea Salad
This fresh seasonal salad is ridiculously
easy
to put together and quite
versatile.

Ingredients
Ingredients -
1/2 bowl cooked chickpeas, rinsed and drained
50
gms of paneer cubes
½
onion chopped
½
cucumber chopped
1 to
mato chopped

Tbsp.
chopped parsley

cloves
garlic
chopped

Tbsp.
lemon juice
2
tsp.
extra-virgin olive oil
Red chilli powder
salt to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss to mix. Allow to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes for flavours to blend.
